Refund Policy
Last updated 7 September 2026. Thirty days, no questions asked. This page exists to make that promise concrete rather than decorative.
How to get a refund
Email support@talixel.com within 30 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and say you would like a refund. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
We reply within 24–48 business hours and start the refund at that point.
What you are entitled to
A full refund of what you paid, within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason at all — including simply not liking it. You do not need to prove a fault.
This is on top of any statutory right you have where you live. If your country gives you longer or stronger rights as a consumer, those apply and this policy does not reduce them.
How the money comes back
Refunds are processed by Paddle, who took the payment as merchant of record. The money returns to the card or account you paid with. Paddle usually completes this within a few business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Any sales tax or VAT charged at checkout is refunded along with the purchase price.
What happens to your licence
When a refund is approved, your licence key is deactivated and Talixel stops working on devices where it was activated. That is the whole trade: you get the money, we get the licence back. Nothing is deleted from your computer, and any artwork you made with it remains yours to use, sell and publish — we claim no rights over your work, refunded or not.
After 30 days
The no-questions window closes, but we are still reachable. If Talixel is broken for you, or does not do something we said it does, email us anyway. We would rather fix the problem or refund you than keep money from someone who feels cheated.
Chargebacks
If you ask your bank to reverse the payment instead of contacting us, the licence is revoked automatically when the chargeback is confirmed. Please just email us first — it is faster for you, and a chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund.
Abuse
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example repeatedly buying and refunding, or refunding while continuing to use a cracked copy. This is not aimed at anyone acting in good faith, and it has never been used.
